Acceptance of terms
By accessing our website or engaging RevAgents services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Services
RevAgents designs, builds, connects, deploys, and operates custom AI agents for revenue teams. The specific scope, deliverables, and commitments for your engagement are defined in your order or statement of work.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information and the access required to build and run your agents, and for using the services in compliance with applicable laws and your agreements with third parties such as HubSpot.
Intellectual property
RevAgents retains ownership of its platform, runtime, and underlying methods. You retain ownership of your data and content. License terms for delivered agents are set out in your engagement.
Disclaimers & liability
Services are provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited as described in your engagement agreement.
