Data Processing Addendum
How RevAgents processes personal data on behalf of customers when building and operating agents.

Roles
For data processed within your agents and connected systems, you act as the data controller and RevAgents acts as a data processor, processing personal data only on your documented instructions.
Scope of processing
We process personal data solely to design, build, connect, deploy, and operate the agents defined in your engagement — including retrieval over your connected data sources and actions within HubSpot and your stack.
Sub-processors
We use vetted sub-processors (such as model and infrastructure providers) to deliver the services. A current list is available on request, and we maintain appropriate agreements with each.
Security measures
We implement scoped permissions, guardrails, logging, and PII handling controls. Sensitive actions can be gated behind human-in-the-loop approvals.
Data subject requests & deletion
We assist you in responding to data subject requests and will delete or return personal data at the end of an engagement, subject to legal retention requirements.
